Shipping and returns

Shipping

Delivery time: We deliver anywhere in India in 4–7 business days.

Order processing: Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping charges: Delivery is free across India.

Address accuracy: Please make sure the address and PIN code you enter at checkout are correct to avoid delays. Our delivery partners make every effort to deliver within the stated time, but timelines can vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking: Use the tracking number in your email, or track your order here with your order number and mobile number.

Returns and replacements

Because our products are consumable, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Exceptions:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll need a photo of the product and a description of the issue. If accepted, we'll send a replacement.
• If you receive an incorrect item, tell us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
• Accepted replacements are delivered within 7 days of acceptance.

How to request a review: Email successteam@gutwellnessclub.com with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a short description. Our team responds within 3 business days.

If a payment was debited but your order wasn't confirmed, it is normally refunded or confirmed automatically within 5–7 working days. Contact us with your order number if it isn't.
